AlphaSense Account Executive interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

United StatesPosted Jul 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I didn’t even start writing about interview processes until this one, because it felt so wasteful.

The experience came across as a case study with minimal direction, and the process dragged on in a way that felt like the result was predetermined.

The thing that really frustrated me was the feeling that it didn’t matter how well I performed for my potential manager—there was still a denial at the end. The overall tone was so negative that I left convinced to avoid the company.

I didn’t get an offer, and my honest reflection was that it consumed too much time for too little clarity, while still ending the same way.
