I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and the message was confident about my fit and how qualified I seemed.

When I actually got into the interview, the energy felt extremely awkward and like they weren’t actively looking to hire. It felt generic, and I didn’t like the vibe at all.

They said I would hear back, but I ended up being ghosted by the company. I didn’t receive an offer, and the whole experience left me feeling like I had put time in for something that never turned into a real decision process.
