Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process involved three interview rounds total, and it was both thorough and surprisingly welcoming.

I had to do a sales pitch along with a case study presentation, so it wasn’t just discussion—it required actual work that showed how I thought and communicated.

The overall feel was that they were taking the evaluation seriously while still making space for me to present myself clearly. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience came across as well-structured and fairly respectful, especially given how much the process demanded from me.
