AlixPartners Consultant interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

MoroccoPosted Nov 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process ended before it really got started in a way that mattered.

I attended an interview with a director who came across as arrogant and disrespectful toward me. The tone was so off that it killed my motivation to keep putting effort into the case work that followed.

Once I felt how the interaction would likely be, I didn’t want to continue the process. I pulled out because I didn’t feel respected, and that honestly outweighed everything else about the role. No offer followed, and the biggest takeaway was simply that the environment I encountered didn’t match the effort I was willing to invest.
