I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Akkodis with a smooth process, but the project approval didn’t happen even after I reached the end.

HR screening — I had a professional HR call where we discussed my background, experience, and career goals, and I could ask questions about expectations and culture.
Hiring manager technical discussion — I then had a technical conversation focused on relevant skills, past projects, and how I’d contribute.
Waiting phase — After that, I waited about three months while the process depended on project approval. Outcome: No offer; I was effectively sidelined after long waiting because the project was not approved.
