I went through a faster process that combined a basic technical check with a practical, project-based evaluation and then behavioral/client alignment.

Technical test — I did an initial technical test with basic computing questions.
Behavioral interview — I then had a behavioral-focused conversation.
Client interview — A client interview followed and completed the evaluation.
(In another similar path) practical technical interview — The technical part lasted about an hour and included a position overview plus an assessment using a practical example from a previous project. Outcome: No offer; the process was quick and practical, but it didn’t result in a final hire.
