I started with a recruiter reach-out and then had a phone call with HR to align on the basics.

After that, about a week later, the process moved to a conversation with a business manager, and from there I got invited to a technical interview with the reference person from the client side in Pomezia. Overall it felt pretty straightforward: clear steps, friendly people, and a relatively quick cadence.

The hiring journey didn’t feel like a stressful maze—just a couple of human conversations first, then a role-focused discussion with the person who would be closest to the project. I remember the logistics being simple and everyone being available and supportive, not overly formal.
