AKKODIS Robotics Engineer interview experience

By the end of that call, I was told there was an offer and I accepted.

But after that, the process broke down on the follow-through. They said they would send documents, and those documents never arrived. When I tried to get in touch afterward, I couldn’t reach anyone, and the communication just went nowhere.

So while the interview itself ended with what sounded like a done deal, the lack of follow-up meant it never turned into a real onboarding experience for me. What stayed with me was the disconnect between how confident the offer felt and how hard it was to get any resolution afterward.
