Airbus Software Engineer interview experience

It wasn’t difficult; it mainly focused on my past work experience and what I could do for the role. The conversation felt straightforward, and I left feeling like I’d covered what they needed.

What surprised me was what happened after: I got ghosted. I hadn’t heard anything back for two months, even though the interview itself didn’t indicate any major issues. Eventually, the lack of follow-up became the main takeaway from the whole process—despite a decent first call, it just went nowhere.
