Airbus Software Engineer interview experience

The whole process stretched out over weeks, and it felt like there was some back-and-forth in the sense that I had to apply for multiple positions more than once before anything moved.

What stood out to me was how internally focused their hiring seemed. It didn’t feel like a straightforward “apply once and you’re in the pipeline” situation; it was more like getting placed among other options until the right slot opened. I ended up not receiving an offer, and honestly the uncertainty of timing was the hardest part to sit with.
