I remember the process starting with a quick HR interaction where the conversation focused on motivation and examples from my experience—questions like “tell me about a time when…” and what drove me.

Then the interview moved into the hiring manager portion, and I was genuinely nervous because I expected a heavy technical grilling.

Instead, the manager mostly outlined what the job involved and described the kind of person they thought would succeed. I was able to jump in with examples from my past to show how I matched that picture, and it ended up feeling like a normal conversation. The atmosphere was fairly friendly, and even when some parts of the questions were things I wasn’t fully sure about, nothing felt completely out of scope.

Overall it felt like a lighter, fit-oriented loop
