My early stage began with a pre-recorded interview where I had to answer a set of questions on video.

It followed the typical HireVue-style structure: a limited number of prompts, with at least one question asked in English. If I was selected after the video round, I was then contacted by the manager for the next live step.

The whole flow felt timed and methodical, and after about a week I got a response that I moved on to that second recorded round stage, with the live manager interview following if I was chosen. It felt pretty streamlined compared to more chaotic processes I’ve seen.
