The technical interview itself ended up being unexpectedly enjoyable.

It felt more like a conversation between people genuinely interested in the topic than a rigid formal assessment, and the technical exchange was deep and well-paced.

I was selected shortly afterward, but the follow-through after that was slow. After requesting additional documents, HR didn’t provide updates for several weeks, and my own follow-up messages didn’t get responses in a timely way.

I didn’t end up with a clear closure, so my honest reflection was that while the interview content was strong, the process around communication after selection fell short.
