My interview started with a session that combined HR and a developer together, with no separate technical assessment on top of the conversation.

The first part was in French and the second part in English, which made it feel like they were testing both communication and fit in a broader way.

It took a long time to hear back afterward, and my understanding was that it was tied up with security and background checking. There wasn’t a lot of detail during the waiting period.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was relatively smooth in the moment: it was more about general questions and communication than anything technical or difficult. The main downside was simply how slow the return was.
