My recruitment process took about two to three months.

It followed a fairly standard rhythm: I did a HireVue interview first, then an HR interview that lasted about an hour, followed by a manager interview also around an hour.

After that, I had another HR interview with the service side. The overall experience felt thorough because the different HR and manager conversations kept reinforcing what they were looking for.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the biggest takeaway was the consistency of the process—each stage seemed to build on the last instead of feeling random.
