Agoda Software Engineer interview experience

The main problem I worked on was to find the minimum sum pairs in an array and return all of them, and the interviewer was supportive in how we went through it.

I remember feeling like I could focus on reasoning instead of fighting the format. The interviewer helped keep things moving, and it didn’t feel like I was being punished for hesitation.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the technical interaction itself was genuinely positive and I left with a clear sense of what I’d been evaluated on.
