Agoda Software Engineer interview experience

I was sent negative interview feedback even though I never actually had an interview with them. The communication included what looked like a detailed breakdown of an interview I didn’t attend, with highlighted weaknesses tied to an imaginary session.

When they asked for my personal phone number and I declined, the communication went cold and I was effectively ghosted. The whole thing felt unprofessional and left me with a lot of frustration—more about how the process was handled than about any technical shortcomings on my side.
