Agoda Software Engineer interview experience

RemotePosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process had a clear early sequence: I completed two rounds—one coding round and one platform round—and then I was preparing for an architecture interview.

Even without the details of what each person asked me, the structure itself stood out: it felt like the earlier stages were meant to filter for core technical ability, and then the architecture round was the next big step.

By the time I was moving into architecture preparation, the overall trajectory felt straightforward, like the interviewers were building toward higher-level design thinking after the hands-on coding components. I didn’t have any offer details from the experience, but the main memory was how quickly the process advanced from coding to architecture.
