My interview process at Agoda covered coding plus multiple design-focused rounds: low-level design, high-level design, and then a system round.

The overall difficulty was average, and the process felt nice and organized.

One thing that was made clear was that selection depended largely on the hiring manager. Even though that uncertainty existed, HR was communicative and took feedback from the interview.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest reflection was that while the process itself ran smoothly, the final decision felt heavily tied to the hiring manager’s judgment rather than just how well I performed in each technical stage.
