The first round was a LeetCode-style problem round, which immediately gave me a good read on how I was doing technically.

The problem I got was medium level, and it served as a clear gauge of both problem-solving approach and technical capability.

After that round, I wasn’t selected. Even so, I remember it as a straightforward start that didn’t overcomplicate things.

My reflection was that the format did what it was supposed to do—filtering quickly—but the end result still meant the process didn’t reach a hire.
