Agoda Software Engineer interview experience

The technical topics generally followed what felt like LeetCode-style problems, while the design rounds felt more random and less predictable.

The process overall was pretty quick and professional. One small friction point was that the interviewer accent could be tough to follow, especially if it was Thai, but the rest of the experience stayed respectful and clear enough to function.

I didn’t get an offer, and I remember feeling that the unpredictability of the design rounds made it harder to gauge what “good” would look like early on.
