My first step started as an information-style session where they explained the setup of the work and what would be required next.

After that, I moved into a phone interview where they talked through licensing expectations. The part that really caught my attention was that they wanted me to pay for a license, and I remember feeling uneasy about how reliable the arrangement seemed.

They also emphasized that the sales role is commission-only, and the process of getting licensed came up as a major piece of the pathway. Even though the conversations were structured, I kept thinking about the financial and practical implications of paying to get licensed, since it wasn’t clear to me that it was entirely straightforward.
