De ZoomPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a Zoom group interview that started with a late start and ended up feeling awkward the whole way through.

The host talked in a way that pulled the group around midstream—there was even a moment where he referenced an unrelated call that had run long, then moved into a debate-like pitch about how Aflac sales reps aren’t pressured to sell to family, unlike other insurers.

People dropped off during the call, and I eventually did too. By the time I stepped away, I felt disappointed, and it reinforced the idea I already had about the sales environment—more stressful than professional, with an atmosphere that didn’t feel like it was built for open conversation.

I didn’t proceed further after that
