Affirm Software Engineer interview experience

I had an OA first, then a coding interview delivered through HackerRank. After that, I reached the final stage, which consisted of two coding rounds plus a behavioral interview.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Even so, the pace felt organized in terms of what each stage was trying to evaluate: coding ability first, then more coding at the end, and finally the behavioral check. The main surprise for me was how late the interviews were slotted relative to when I completed the earlier steps, but HR feedback and responses came back fast.
