My journey started with an OA that felt like a financial-style LeetCode problem.

Before the technical work really began, I had a recruiter screening for about 30 minutes that was more about learning about the role, compensation, and whether I was a good cultural fit.

After that came a more standard technical screen, and then a virtual onsite that included a hiring-manager portion. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the steps themselves were straightforward—nothing overly mysterious, just a fairly conventional sequence from recruiter touchpoint to technical evaluation to hiring manager.
