I started with a call with an HR manager where they asked a few behavioral questions and confirmed the salary range.

The next day I had a phone screen scheduled.

The technical question was leetcode-style, and even though the interviewer was very friendly and trying to help throughout, the experience still followed that coding-question structure. The tone was supportive rather than adversarial, and I felt like I could ask for clarification when needed.

Overall it came across as a smooth and cooperative interview segment, with the friendliness standing out the most.
