My first round for the role focused on a one-hour practical exercise with very reasonable expectations.

After that, I had a second round that was basically chats with the hiring manager about past work experience.

I didn’t make it onto the onsite, but the process moved quickly and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The overall difficulty felt average, and the communication and tone helped it not feel stressful.

I didn’t get an offer, but it was still one of the more pleasant processes I experienced because the rounds felt respectful and straightforward.
