I interacted with multiple recruiters, and even though the overall process was long, the steps were clearly laid out.

Everything was remote over video chat, and there was enough email communication in between to know what to expect and to prepare adequately.

The experience felt structured rather than vague. People made it clear what stage was next and what the expectations were, which helped me stay grounded when the timeline stretched.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, the positive part was how transparent the process was and how well it was communicated even with the slower pace.
