After an initial HR screen, my process turned into a longer, structured sequence.

I went through three separate technical tests in total, and they were described as live-coding style tasks with no take-home component, followed by a culture-fit interview.

Everything felt pretty organized, but the whole thing dragged past the typical cadence—my timeline ended up taking more than two months. Even though it was well-run, the duration made the process feel heavy, and I kept waiting for momentum to translate into a final decision.
