Affirm Software Engineer interview experience

Then I had a phone screen where I was given an algorithm problem with follow-ups and an extra bonus question. After that, the process went into a final set of three rounds, split across two coding interviews and a hiring manager chat.

Even though I didn’t get much detail about what each of the final rounds would look like, the progression was clear: initial screen, then deeper coding, then a conversation with the hiring manager. Overall, it was the kind of multi-stage process where the early rounds set expectations for what was coming later.
