Detroit, MIPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a recruiter call followed by a technical screen.

The technical part felt straightforward, and I was able to solve it after taking some time to think. The interviewer was friendly, and I answered questions about optimizing the solution and how I’d approach testing.

What surprised me was how quickly the result came back. I got a rejection email within 24 hours, which was honestly disappointing given how the conversation went.

I didn’t get an offer. Even though I felt good about the interaction and my answers, the speed of the rejection made it feel abrupt and a bit demoralizing.
