I went through a recruiter phone screen first that lasted about 30 minutes, then a coding interview that ran for an hour.

After that, I had a hiring manager call. The final stage was a virtual onsite where the hiring manager and a coding interview were combined.

The onsite format stood out because it felt compressed, and I remember finishing the coding portion and not moving forward afterward. The recruiter and interviewer were very friendly throughout, which made the rejection easier to take even though I didn’t get to the later steps.
