Affirm Software Engineer interview experience

The communication felt okay and the conversation was fairly normal, so I didn’t walk away thinking it went terribly.

What I didn’t like was the lack of follow-up. I never heard back after the interview. By the time any decision might have come through, I’d already accepted another position, and later I found out I’d been rejected.

Not getting a response felt worse than the rejection itself. In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and the silence left the process feeling unfinished.
