The recruiter reached out first, and I followed up with a phone screen.

After that, I went into a technical screen. Once they saw how I did there, the path moved to a final round made up of two technical interviews and a meeting with the hiring manager.

I did receive an offer from this overall sequence. What stood out to me was how the structure flowed logically—recruiter screen, technical screen, then deeper technical evaluation alongside the hiring manager conversation. The format felt like it was designed to confirm both fundamentals and fit before closing the loop.
