I began with an initial screen with a sourcer, then had a call with a tech lead who gave me background about what they were building and how they worked.

After that, I did a technical phone screen focused on object-oriented programming.

The final round had multiple interviews. I ran through two LeetCode-style mediums, and then there were two more conversations that were behavioral or project-focused. What made the whole thing stand out was how coordinated it felt—people seemed to be on the same page and worked together to keep the process moving.

It stayed smooth end to end, and I got an offer. When I looked back, the biggest positive was the lack of friction: everyone was helpful and the loop didn’t drag.
