The biggest problem with my interview wasn’t the content—it was scheduling.

The interviewer missed the appointment twice, and that threw off the entire experience for me. I was ready, but the meeting never properly started on time.

Because of the way the feedback form worked, I had to add extra text just to be able to submit the experience, but honestly there wasn’t much else to say beyond the repeated missed appointment. I wasn’t offered a role, and what stuck with me was how unprofessional the timing was.
