They asked questions that seemed to require very specific phrases about what they wanted to hear, and when I didn’t use the exact wording they expected—especially since my background was from another sector—it didn’t feel like I was being evaluated fairly.

There was also an awkward atmosphere where it seemed like the interviewers were chatting among themselves through internal messages during the conversation, and I noticed them laughing while the interview was going on. Even when I asked questions about process and growth opportunities, they seemed to laugh instead of engaging.
