Adyen Account Executive interview experience

The only part that didn’t happen as expected was that I didn’t get access to a business case afterward.

What I did complete was a 45-minute conversation with a focus on Adyen’s values and on my motivations. The round felt centered on culture and “why,” and it stayed fairly focused on how I thought about the role rather than deep diving into a prepared sales scenario.
