I had to earn my way through an early assessment before anything else happened.

I applied online, took an evaluation test, and only moved forward after getting a passable score. After that, the first real conversation was a phone interview with the area district manager, which led into progressively more involved rounds.

The interviews escalated quickly: a one-on-one with the district manager, then a panel interview with other store managers and the district manager. That wasn’t the end of it, because I also had a phone conversation with the RVP afterward. Compared to what I’d heard about the company, this one felt genuinely challenging—more stages and more pressure
