Advance Auto Parts Operations Manager interview experience

It started with a computer-based, parts-knowledge focus, and a conversation that centered on retail experience. Then I had a brief discussion with upper management.

The part that really stood out was going out to the parking lot to look at a car and get questions about how things worked. I thought the questions would be more straightforward, but they felt like a real test of practical understanding, and it ended up hitting me harder than I anticipated. Overall, though, the environment felt friendly and clean, and the process came across as simple and direct.
