Advance Auto Parts Operations Manager interview experience

I ended up doing multiple interviews with store and district managers, and I even had to travel about an hour and a half for one of the meetings because scheduling was tight and no one else was available. It started out manageable, but the coordination and time cost ended up being a big theme.

At the same time, the later part of the process felt disjointed. I moved through several phone and in-person steps, then at some point the hiring district manager planned to go on vacation in the middle of my hiring process. That created a weird pause and made the whole timeline feel unstable.
