Troy, NYPosted Mar 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was reached out to by a recruiter and did a phone interview.

After that, I completed an online assessment and then went into a hub store for an interview that turned into a written test focused on profit and loss, including gross profit questions. It felt more academic than I expected for an operations-style role.

The next part was a panel interview with two area managers. During the conversation, I was told I was one of three candidates and that I would get a call back if selected for another interview. I honestly felt that was the moment where I could tell the process might stall—after that, I didn’t hear back again.
