My interview series was well organized and it moved fairly quickly—within about six weeks after I applied, I went through screening and then individual and panel interviews.

The actual interviewing part felt structured, like each step had a clear place in the process.

What bothered me came after the rounds were done. HR didn’t provide an update about the outcome, and when I followed up about the final hiring decision, I didn’t get responses back. I kept waiting for any kind of closure, but it never really arrived.

Overall, it was a smooth process in terms of scheduling and format, but the lack of communication afterward left the ending unresolved. I didn’t get an offer, and the silence afterward was hard to ignore.
