My interview followed a competency-based structure.

I was asked STAR-style questions related to my experience, education, and background, and there were situational prompts that asked me to walk through a time when I’d done something specific. The interview lasted about an hour and was conducted with the line manager and a senior manager.

The tone was direct and work-focused, and the main pressure came from the need to give clear, concrete examples rather than broad explanations. I moved through the process but didn’t end up getting an offer.
