I went through three rounds of interviews that included one with HR.

Each round was short—about thirty minutes—and most of the questions were behavioral. After that, I had two additional back-to-back conversations with a manager and a director.

What felt easy about the experience was how quickly it moved and how directly it focused on my story—less about technical hurdles and more about how I’d handled situations in the past. The whole pace was steady.

I got an offer quickly after the interview—two days later. Looking back, it felt almost too fast, but it also made the process feel decisive rather than drawn out.
