I was brought into the process after someone checked my LinkedIn and recommended me, which led to an in-person meeting at the employer’s location to discuss potential employment and next interviews with key people.

The journey felt fast and direct once it started, and the interview steps included a screening component and then technical evaluation.

When I got to the technical parts, the questions were described to be relevant and at an intermediate-to-advanced level, and they also tied into conversations about my prior projects. It ultimately ended without an offer, but I remember feeling that the early stages were organized enough to understand where I stood fairly quickly.
