3Pillar Software Engineer interview experience

The interview questions were mostly about my background rather than deep technical digging. I answered in Spanish first, then switched to English for the rest of the conversation.

After that, the focus shifted toward the core areas I’d worked with—my trajectory, the projects I’d done, and how comfortable I was with algorithms and data structures. There was also a light touch on JavaScript, more about familiarity than a coding grind. Overall it felt straightforward and manageable, and it ended without an offer.
