My process moved quickly but felt fairly “structured.” It started with a recruiter conversation where they tried to form a clear picture of me, then I had time with the manager and the technical lead as part of the same overall flow.

After those early discussions, I went through hard-skill and soft-skill evaluations tied to the role.

The scheduling was tight enough that the whole thing took about a week end to end, and I ended up speaking with multiple people across the soft and technical side. The last part also included the business side: salary discussion and agreeing on a start date. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt focused and fairly intense for the duration.
