3Pillar Software Engineer interview experience

The overall experience leaned toward being too soft technically, and it didn’t align well with how much depth the role seemed to require. I remember thinking there was a mismatch between what was needed and what was evaluated.

Because of that, the process didn’t lead anywhere for me. It was the kind of experience that mostly made me question the fit of the hiring approach itself.
