1Password Software Engineer interview experience

I had cold applied through EasyApply on the job posts, and after not hearing back for a while, I got an interview request where they provided a few scheduling options.

The interview itself was straightforward and mostly centered on how I thought about situations and what my experience looked like in practice. I didn’t run into any coding or deep technical questions, so it felt more like an experience-and-fit conversation than a technical assessment.

Even though it was simple and comfortable, I didn’t receive an offer afterward. Still, the process felt easy and pretty direct to schedule.
